Quite a lot of years ago mum's brother had a son called Steven, he was a very loving child and always had a smile. Steven suffered a lot of throat infections like tonsillitis. The doctors decided to take Steven in hospital for his tonsils out. A very routine operation. It was just a few days before Steven's 5th birthday. Steven hemorrhaged and died. The postmortem revealed Leukemia. This was never known before. As quick as that it took Steven.. We want to say we will always remember and we hope in the future years they could know this and save lives..
We wanted to say that we thank everyone involved in yesterday's LIVESTRONG day. Wow what a lot got involved. We were not surprised though because ever since we got involved with our extended "blog family " we have been amazed at how we all pull together when needed. This was another example of the power of the paws..Sending love and power of the paws to our friend Ann and her hubby Vic. To Jan that the results are good and to each and every one of our friends in whatever their fight is.
