I am neglected I am !!!!!!

I am neglected I am. I get one measly day with mum yesterday. we were going to go in the yard and plant out the hanging baskets and tubs. I get the promise of helping. But no what did it do!! rain all day. Then today mum is going to work again !!!! Dad is at work too, so I am left alone again. I am going to go to the RSPCA... This can not be permitted surely. I mean there is only so much window watching and sleeping that one cat can be expected to do.
Mum said... well Jasper I have to work to pay for all your nice things and the food and toys, hmpp a likely story. Well I am not standing for IT I think I may strike.
Has anyone got a spare room. !!!!
