Mum did the race for life.........

Today mum did the race for life for cancer research. It was four miles round the racecourse. Mum wasn't sure whether she would run, jog or walk. Most of her work friends walked. Mum wanted to push herself a little, so ran a good way, jogged some, and walked just a little Mum was very happy to Finnish in just 38 minutes. very hot, tired legs but " She did it ". Dad was proud of mum and took her for a meal afterwards. There were lots of people at the event with feathers, mum fetched me some home, and.... I got a steak carry out too. yum yum yum. What a good day. Mum hopes to have raised a good bit for Cancer research..
